Information we collect

We collect account details such as your name, email address and authentication information; deal information you enter; saved analyses; subscription and transaction references; enquiries; consent records; and essential technical information needed to keep the service secure and working.

Why we use it and our lawful bases

• To create and operate your account, provide analyses and manage subscriptions: performance of our contract with you.
• To secure, maintain and improve the service, respond to enquiries and prevent misuse: our legitimate interests in operating a safe and effective business.
• To keep financial records and respond to lawful requests: compliance with legal obligations.
• To send marketing emails where you actively opt in: consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.

AI processing

Deal information submitted for analysis is processed using Netlify’s AI Gateway and an AI model provider. Results support your decisions but do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal data.

Who receives information

We use service providers including Netlify for hosting, authentication, storage and form handling; Stripe for payments; and AI infrastructure providers for requested analyses. They process information only to provide their services. Where data is processed outside the UK, we rely on applicable contractual safeguards or an adequacy basis where available.

How long we keep it

Account and deal data is kept while your account is active and then deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed, subject to backups and legal requirements. Enquiries are normally reviewed for deletion after 12 months. Financial and transaction records are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law. Consent and suppression records may be retained to respect your communication choices.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time. Contact us using the email above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Security and changes

We use access controls and account separation designed to protect customer information. No online service is risk-free. We review this notice when our processing changes.
